I'm sending this just to you

I told you that the problem was in the the ball getting dropped by the IESG
the RFC editor must follow what the IESG tells it to do and the IESG told
the rfc editor not to publish your document until the transport ad talked
to you. SO the rfc editor was doing exactly what it should have done

If you do not understand that the tone of your notes is abusive I think it
is time for you to talk to a friend - the iesg fucked up and I'm trying
to fix the issue - you do not seem to want to listen - if I am wrong in
my analysis tell me

Scott
